Data Source: Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API - Series OBMMIC30YF (30-Year) and OBMMIC15YF (15-Year). FHA, VA, USDA, ARM, and Jumbo rates are calculated based on conventional rates. Rates are updated when FRED data is available and subject to change without notice. The rates displayed are for informational purposes and may not reflect the rate available to you. Your actual rate will depend on many factors including credit score, loan amount, down payment, and property type. All loans subject to credit approval and property appraisal. Loans are arranged through third parties.

This site is not authorized by the New York State Department of Financial Services. No mortgage solicitation activity or loan applications for properties located in the State of New York can be facilitated through this site.
Idaho
Note: Rule 40 of the Rules Pursuant to the Idaho Residential Mortgage Practices Act states that advertising without clearly and conspicuously disclosing the business name and unique identifier assigned by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR) to the licensee is defined as deceptive advertising.
